This fun and playful two year old boxer girl is Sapphire. Her foster family is amazed at just how smart she is. On her first day with them she learned a hand signal for ‘sit’. The next day she learned signals for ‘stay’ and ‘come’. On day three she learned a sign for ‘no’. But she is so funny, sometimes she turns her head and pretends she does not see the sign for no!
Her favorite signal is ‘I Love You’ because that means it’s time to get loved on and cuddle. Don’t feel sorry for Sapphie, she has no idea she is deaf. According to Sapphie she is a regular wiggly butt boxer who loves kids and other dogs. She never gets tired of playing fetch. When there is no one to throw her favorite toy, she will toss it up in the air herself and run with it.
She is housebroken but not a fan of her crate. Her blue eyes are so gorgeous, people stop in their tracks just to pet her. Want to walk the coolest dog in the park? Fill out an adoption application today. Sapphire is being fostered by Allison and Jerry.
