June is a 4-6 year old female who was originally found as a stray and taken to a local shelter. When no one came for her, the shelter treated her for heartworms and placed her with B.A.R.C. for placement. June gets along well with other dogs and is good with children. She is calm, yet has spunk. She likes to try to play tug-of-war with her leash when walking and is excited to meet new people. June has been spayed and is ready to find her new home. She is being fostered by Angie in the Greater Jacksonville area. Angie is working with June on not jumping up to meet new people and walking better on the leash.
