"A dog has one aim in life... to bestow his heart." -J.R. Ackerly

Whitney

Whitney likes to play with the other dogs in the house, but is very independent and also likes to spend time alone. She would do fine being an only dog or in a home with other pups.

This pretty 4 year old, 60 lb. boxer is such a good girl. Low maintenance and trustworthy, Whitney gets to have the run of the place when her foster dad is away from home and never needs to be crated. She loves her foster dad and follows him from room to room.

Whitney is the whole package; sweet inside and out and ready to be someone’s devoted best friend. Can she add her special brand of sunshine to your life? If you would like more information on this lovely little girl, please fill out our online adoption application today. Whitney is being fostered by Mark in Jacksonville, FL. [More]

Kiwi

What is better to find in an Easter basket than a solid milk chocolate bunny? Why a Kiwi, of course! 40 lbs. of pure sweet love! She won't melt and she won't make you gain weight. Maybe even the opposite, as she really likes to go for walks and is so good on a leash.

This smart, playful and loving 3 year old Boxer girl just recently arrived at her BARC foster home, but she is fast fitting in. She is 100% house trained plus knows how to sit and stay. She loves to cuddle and nap with her boxer foster brother Cruise, but we don't know how she is with kitties as her foster parents are dog people, as you might expect.

What Kiwi really wants for Easter is a family of her own. So if you are finding it hard to resist her puppy eyes and her wiggle butt, fill out an adoption application today. [More]

Mango

Mango! A silly name perhaps, but silly is what 1 year old Mango does best. Her biggest goal in life is to love, be loved and chase butterflies. There is nothing shy or fearful in this rescued boxer, she is ready to play and will give you her heart in exchange for a belly rub.

Outside Mango plays rough and tumble with her foster brother Cruise. Despite the fact he is taller and larger, she holds her own in every game of fetch and chase and if he gets in her way she just leaps right over him. [More]
